The full-time Assistant Manager, Front of House, along with the current part-time Assistant Manager, Front of House, lead the Front of House team at the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts. Front of House is part of the Patron Services Department. The Patron Services Department also includes Food & Beverage and the Public and Private tour operations for the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts.
The Assistant Manager, Front of House acting as an outstanding communicator and mentor, is responsible for the operation of the Front of House areas, primarily the lobby, auditorium and other public spaces. This position is responsible for coordinating, supervising and managing performance and event–related flow of patrons, clients, artists, and staff through the facility, while delivering the ultimate level of customer service.
The successful candidate will ensure that every member of the Front of House team represents the company, its philosophy and service excellence values at all times, and in all aspects of their jobs.
