Free tickets become available at 10 a.m. on the following dates:

Spring events (April 17, 24 & 30):            Tuesday, April 3, 2018 

It is our policy to overbook. In the event of reaching full capacity, your reservation may not guarantee admission. Unclaimed reservations will be released to standby patrons 10 minutes prior to the start of the program. We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before the event start time.

Explore the young Mozart’s first big opera hit with violinist Elizabeth Johnston and other artists from the COC Orchestra. The opera features an intriguing mixture of high art arias, comic music hall numbers, sophisticated ensembles and "Turkish"-inspired military music.

Opera Chorus Sing-Along

Due to the popularity of this event, it has been relocated from the Education Centre to the Richard Bradshaw Amphitheatre (RBA), located on the 3rd floor of the Four Seasons Centre. 

Warm up those pipes and join Chorus Master Sandra Horst for a fun evening of your favourite opera numbers! This evening will let you experience the magic of the human voice for yourself as you learn and perform choruses from Mozart and Donizetti and about the work that goes into training a chorister. Open to all levels of experience and musical ability.
