Teachers! Need some help to make your classroom more operatic? Join the COC for a special Teachers' Night at the Opera! Opera is for everyone, and whether you’re an experienced music teacher, a new second-grade teacher, a high school drama teacher or anyone in between, we’d love to help you bring opera to your students.
The second instalment in the COC's Teachers' Night series takes you for a special behind-the-scenes look at our new production, A Florentine Tragedy/Gianni Schicchi. Join us for a backstage tour to explore the world of our witty double bill, and then stay for the dress rehearsal. This opportunity may be of special interest to teachers with classes in drama, theatre tech. music, or anyone keen to learn more about introducing their students to the magic of opera and the many careers available in the cultural sector!
