Subject to availability, tickets may be exchanged for another performance date of the same opera. Exchange requests must be received by the COC before 5 p.m. at least one business day prior to the original performance date. Premier subscribers are permitted one free exchange per production; subsequent Premier and all Select, Multi-Pack and individual ticket exchanges are subject to a per-ticket service charge.
