If you are unable to exchange or transfer your subscription tickets, as a charitable organization, the COC can issue the purchaser a tax receipt for the face value of the tickets. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the performance – past performance tickets cannot be returned for a tax receipt – and there are no refunds. Ticket returns cannot be used towards member programs, and Multi-Pack and individual tickets are not eligible.
