For this FREE, lunch-time event, CBC Radio’s Brent Bambury introduces COC artists Lindsay Barrett (soprano), Andrew Haji (tenor) and James Westman (baritone), accompanied by Jenna Douglas on piano as they perform arias, duets and ensembles from Verdi's perennial popular La Traviata along with other opera favourites.

Friday, February 12, 2016, 8-10 p.m. – "Siegfried: The Singers’ Roundtable"
The COC partners with the Toronto Wagner Society to present an opportunity to meet some of the world’s great Wagnerian singers who appear in the company’s production of Siegfried. The singers will share stories from their careers, reflect on Wagner’s music, and discuss what it takes to perform some of the most masterful and challenging music ever written.Guests include tenor Wolfgang Ablinger-Sperrhacke (Mime), soprano Christine Goerke (Brünnhilde), baritone Alan Held (Wanderer), baritone Christopher Purves (Alberich), tenor Stefan Vinke (Siegfried), and, soprano Jacqueline Woodley (Forest Bird).
