For this FREE, lunch-time event, CBC Radio’s Brent Bambury introduces COC artists Kirsten MacKinnon (soprano - Pamina), Owen McCausland (tenor - Tamino) and Phillip Addis (baritone - Papageno) accompanied by Stéphane Mayer on piano as they perform arias, duets and ensembles from Mozart's perennially popular The Magic Flute

February 15, 2017 Götterdämmerung: The Singers’ Roundtable

Wednesday, February 15, 2017, 8-10 p.m. – "Götterdämmerung: The Singers’ Roundtable"

The COC partners with the Toronto Wagner Society to present an opportunity to meet some of the world’s great Wagnerian singers who appear in the company’s production of Götterdämmerung. The singers will share stories from their careers, reflect on Wagner’s music, and discuss what it takes to perform some of the most masterful and challenging music ever written.

Location: Jackman Studio, 227 Front Street East, Toronto (enter at doors marked '227'; take elevator to 2nd floor)

Tickets: Tickets: $20 cash at door (free for Toronto Wagner Society members)
