“Hoffmann's Muse,” The Cocktail

[this is a guest post by Olga Kwak, digital marketing co-ordinator]

Our specialty cocktail was created by Marty Smits, owner of No One Writes to the Colonel, for the March 14 and 15 COC/Raconteurs storytelling events. “The Hoffmann” draws on a base inspired by Bärenjäger, a native Prussian liqueur with a dark, rich flavour that may have been enjoyed by the horror-meister himself, E. T. A. Hoffmann. Serve this for your next cocktail party or head down to 460 College St. where Marty will make one especially for you ($10).
