But we’re confidently developing plans for a hybrid model of programming that will reconnect you with your favourite opera stars and introduce you to a new generation of artists and innovators. Details on the 2021/2022 season will be released soon.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


When will we have more information on how to book tickets for the 2021/2022 season?
Information on booking tickets for the Fall of 2021 will be available in the summer.

Will I be able to book my regular subscription seats for the Fall of 2021?
As capacity may be limited due to the provincial guidelines, we cannot guarantee that your subscription seats will be available for purchase. Please note that even if your renewable seats are not available for 2021/2022, they are being held for you for when we can return to a regular opera season.

What will happen to my subscription seats?
If you are a Premier subscriber with renewable seats, they will go on sabbatical this season. That means all renewable seats from the 2019/2020 season are being put on hold and will be carried over with no further action required from you at this time.

What will happen to my place in the subscriber seating queue?
All subscribers will have their priority in the seating queue carried over with no further action required from you at this time.

What if I did not renew for the canceled 2020/2021 season?
No further action is required from you at this time, and your priority in the seating queue will be maintained if you order a subscription when they are available again.

I received a gift certificate for my 2020/2021 subscription. When can I use it?
Gift certificates do not expire and can be redeemed for any performance or subscription package.

I have not received the gift certificate I requested. How can I get that?
