After touring the Hilton Toronto’s freshly renovated top floor suites, soprano Keri Alkema, who sings Giovanna Seymour in Anna Bolena, visited the Tundra Restaurant at the Hilton Toronto to learn more about their delicious spring menu.

In this video series, Executive Chef Kevin Prendergast and sous chefs Aaron Chen & Matthew Varner, take the soprano through three of the recipes on Tundra's new spring 2018 menu: the Roasted Asparagus Salad, the Grilled Whey Brined Pork Chop, and the Tundra Honeycomb Cocoa Berry Chocolate Bar!
