Free Concert Series

Ticketing helps us to better communicate with our patrons about concert updates and relevant information. The Free Concert Series prioritizes removing barriers to entry by creating multiple ways for visitors to attend our performances, including online registration, telephone booking, and a standby line. If you don’t have an email address or access to a smart phone, our Ticket Services team would be happy to help you reserve your spot. Please call our Box Office at 416-363-8231 (for long distance in Canada and the U.S., dial 1-800-250-4653)

We regularly reach capacity for our concerts; if you are not able to attend, please let us know so that we may release your spot for another. As this program is free, we do anticipate a number of ticket holders will not end up joining us. For that reason, unclaimed reservations will be released to a standby line 15 minutes prior to the start of the program. 

To be mindful of our artists and audiences, there is no late seating for performances in the Richard Bradshaw Amphitheatre and re-admittance during the performance cannot be accommodated.

We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before the event start time and remain for the duration of the performance. 

• Concerts are all-ages events, and everyone is welcome to attend.
• Any photography, audio, or video recording is strictly prohibited during the performance. Please take your photos before or after the performance has taken place. Sound carries very well in the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts. Please turn off all cell phones and other electronic devices that may make noise.
• Please unwrap and enjoy your food in advance. If you are bringing a lunch, please eat it before the performance begins, or remove any loud wrapping in advance.
• In consideration of patrons with allergies, please avoid wearing any perfumed beauty products and fragrances.

• All levels of the Four Seasons Centre, including the Richard Bradshaw Amphitheatre, can be reached by elevator. During Free Concerts, there are washrooms available in the Lower Lobby and on Rings 3 and Ring 4. The Orchestra Level is serviced by facilities in the Lower Lobby. Every washroom is wheelchair accessible. There is a gender-neutral, single-stall washroom located on the north side of Ring 4.
• There is a Quiet Room with comfortable seating available on Ring 4 for patrons who are looking for a quiet and private place or who are experiencing a sensory overload.
• The Free Concert Series welcomes all visitors to experience live performance. In addition to our ongoing commitment to creating a relaxed and approachable atmosphere, the Free Concert Series hosts a number of adaptive performances each season, designed to support disabled and neurodivergent attendees of all ages. A Venue Guide outlining what to expect at these performances is available here. For the 26/27 season, adaptive performances will be held on October 17, 2026, April 13, 2027 and May 15, 2027.

The Free Concert Series in the Richard Bradshaw Amphitheatre allows group bookings for schools and community groups. 

Approved school and community groups are invited to book a maximum of three performances per season (annually, September through May). Group bookings for schools and community groups over 5 participants is required, and limited to a maximum of 30 participants per group. Groups who exceed the number of allotted patrons reserved will have their bookings forfeited and will be redirected to general public seating.

Please include your name, affiliation (school or community group), age and number of attendees, any special arrangements that may be required for your group, and up to three concert dates in order of preference. Please wait up to one week for a reply from Community Partnerships & Programs regarding your booking.
