Scheduled Maintenance

We’re doing a little maintenance…

Starting at 7 p.m. EST on December 3, online transactions (ticket purchases, donations, and account registrations) will be temporarily unavailable for roughly 24 hours due to upcoming planned infrastructure upgrades.

Ticket Services phone lines will be closed on December 4 and will reopen for regular hours on December 5. Our Membership, Donor, and office phone lines will be open as usual, and all emails (including tickets@coc.ca and audiences@coc.ca) will continue to be monitored, but no ticket purchases or donations will be processed until the upgrade is complete.
