In light of the cancellation of our in-person fall programming, we have developed flexible ticketing options for our subscribers with impacted tickets to Parsifal and The Marriage of Figaro.
Due to a high volume of communications, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your request.

How long will it take for my request to be processed?Your ticket return will be processed within 14 business days. How will I know if my return has been received?A confirmation screen will appear when your form is submitted. You will also receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. If your form was submitted over 20 days ago and you have NOT received a second confirmation, please contact Ticket Services at [email protected]. When will I get my tax receipt?
You will receive a confirmation email when your request to donate your tickets has been processed. Tax receipts will be mailed within six weeks of the COC resuming regular operations. If you would like to receive a pdf copy of your tax receipt, please email [email protected]
Can my tax receipt be used for the 2019 tax season?
Your tax receipt can be used for the 2020 tax season.
Will my tax receipt be for the face value of the ticket?
Yes. Your receipt will be for the dollar amount printed on the ticket.
Do I need to mail back my tickets?
No. Tickets for Parsifal and The Marriage of Figaro had not yet been mailed to any patrons, and we do not require the physical tickets in order to process your tax receipt.
How do I use my gift certificate?
Gift certificates can be redeemed over the phone, online, or at the Four Seasons Centre box office (when regular operations resume). To apply your gift certificate to a billing plan, please call 416-363-8231.
Can I use my gift certificate online?
Yes. When placing an online order, there will be an option to apply a gift certificate on the “Review & Pay” page. Simply type in the number found on your gift certificate, including the dash, from your confirmation email and click “Apply Gift Certificate”.
When does my gift certificate expire?
Gift certificates do not expire.
How will I receive my gift certificate?
Your gift certificate number will be in your email confirmation. This number is all you need to redeem it.
Can you mail my gift certificate?
If you would like your gift certificate mailed, please email [email protected] with your request. Gift certificates will be mailed between 4 to 6 weeks after Ticket Services resumes regular in-person operations.
I requested a credit from the spring season cancellations. How do I apply the credit towards my 20/21 subscription?
Credits from our spring season have now all been issued, via email, as gift certificates. They can be used online or over the phone at any time; gift certificates never expire!
What if I can’t find my gift certificate email anymore?
Simply call us at 416-363-8231 or email [email protected], we’d be happy to assist.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds will be processed by Ticket Services within 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your tickets have been returned. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement is dependent on your financial institution and could take anywhere from 5 to 14 business days.
I originally paid with a gift certificate. How will my refund be processed?
Unless otherwise requested, your refund will be issued as a new gift certificate via email.
I paid for my tickets by debit/cash. How will I get my refund?
Ticket Services will contact you for another method for your refund or confirm that we can mail you a cheque. Your cheque will be issued approximately six weeks after we return to regular operations.
