Toronto-based pianist Luke Welch returns to the Free Concert Series to explore delightful, yet rarely performed, solo repertoire of the early 20th century - on this occasion presenting music from famed Black Canadian-American composer Robert Nathaniel Dett.

This solo piano recital will feature works from Welch's recently released album, Northern Magnolias, and will include both early and mature works from the renowned composer.
