Pianist Jonathan Mak is one of six emerging artists selected for a coveted spot in the 2025/2026 cohort of The Rebanks Family Fellowship and International Performance Residency Program.

A one-of-a-kind program in Canada, The Rebanks Family Fellowship provides the invaluable opportunity for highly skilled young artists to receive fully funded support, world-class training, and a funded international performance residency to bolster promising young careers. Mak is a winner of the 2024 inaugural Concours international de musique de Sorel-Tracy, and the 2021 Sylva Gelber Music Foundation Award, and a former recipient of the Canada Council for the Arts' Michael Measures Prize.
